Contact /Complaint Form

As a transport company we strive to offer the best possible service. Unfortunately that is not always possible, so we offer you the opportunity to alert us to things that could be improved upon. By using the contact form on this page, you can indicate why and how we are at fault and what we can do to improve. We would like to ask you, however, to first call our dispatch centre and see if you can work it out with the dispatcher.

When filling out the contact form, it is important that you indicate what the complaint is. Be sure to note the ride, the driver and/or the taxi. The more information we receive from you, the more specific we can be in dealing with your complaint. A complaint can also be filed by an advocate or witness to the traveller.

You do have a complaint, but would prefer not to submit it to us directly.
You can do this via Stichting Landelijk Klachtenmeldpunt Taxivervoer. This foundation was created through a collaboration of traveller organisation Rover, branch association KNV Taxi and the Ministry of Infrastructure and Environment. This foundation has set up a special website: www.taxiklacht.nl
